Here is a Confer's Dairy milk bottle from Howard, PA. These bottles rarely ever come up for sale and they are one of the most sought after embossed milk bottles from Centre County. This bottle is in good condition. It's very shinny and clean with no chips. It has some light case wear near the base and two small white dots on the bottom to be completely accurate. Also, take a look at the last picture. Right above the BB48 on the back there's an odd line in the glass. It looks like a tiny crack but it's so thin and doesn't go all the way through the glas so I'm not sure. This bottle displays awe
Up for bid is a RARE quart milk bottle from Doylestown, Ohio. The bottle is embossed, "Howard L. Shank/ Jersey & Guernsey/ Doylestown, O." It's not too often you see a milk bottle with Jersey and Guernsey on it. Actually, this is the only bottle I've seen with both herds listed and I've been buying and selling for years! eBay Pint milk bottle embossed HOWARD FARM in arc / DAIRY / A.H. MATTHEISZ / 742 E. FORT AVE. in reverse arc in plate. Bottle has no chips but has a small interior hit on the lip and was given a once over cleaning and will need to be done again. Bottle has scuffing and scratches from being a dug bottle. This is a very rare bottle with only a few known examples. Bottle displays great on the shelf! Bottle dates to 1922. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. (Condition: Pre-Owned)
Hello, we have here a 1/2 pint milk bottle embossed JERSEY FARM 837 HOWARD ST on the front and THIS BOTTLE TO BE WASHED AND RETURNED on the back with tin bail top. This dairy was established in 1875, by R. G. Sneath. The dairy farm was located in San Bruno California and there Depot was at 837 Howard Street San Francisco California. For sale here is an early and heavy, antique, clear, tall, round, embossed, slug plate, quart milk bottle. The dairy was located in Baltimore, Maryland. Dated 1923. There is a small chip or flake on the inside of the lip, as well as another tiny chip on the outside of the lip and a small inner lip nick.
