For sale here is an older, vintage, clear, tall, round, embossed, quarter pint or "gill" size milk bottle. The dairy was located in Baltimore, Maryland. The bottle is embossed CLOVERLAND / FARMS / DAIRY on the front as well as HEALTH DEPT. / 2 / PERMIT in a circle on the back. Large C on the base. Clovers around the neck. Dated 1932. About 4.25 inches tall. There is a chip on the lip, a small chip/nick on the V in Cloverland, and a small pin head on the other side of the lip. Also flea bites, scratches, and groundwear. Some haze and stain from being dug. Still a solid example. Please review ph... |
