Up for bid is a great vintage half pint milk bottle. W.F. Stroup. 637-639 Briar Pl. This was located in Chicago, ILL. From research, it appears that this dairy was only open for a few years around 1910. Approx 5 1/2" tall, 2 1/2" wide at base. Been sitting on a dusty shelf of a collector for years. No cracks or chips. Bottle shows minor nicks scratches few small fleabites. Condition as shown. The patina is as found, could use some cleaning. We wiped some of the dust off to take pictures and will leave any further cleaning to the new owner Please check pictures as a guide... |
