Also, below the words "CROOKSVILLE, OHIO" is the word "REGISTERED" again the word is faint and may not be visible in the picture. The bottle has wear but there are no major chips or cracks. I found this bottle in the basement of my house that is near Crooksville. The bottle weights just under 1 pound so with packaging it will go over 1 pound shipping weight.
