Up for sale we have an embossed, slug plate, quart milk bottle from Oakland, Maryland which Oakland is located in Garrett County. The bottle is embossed R.O. WINTERS SONS HIGHLAND PARK DAIRY OAKLAND, MD in a round slug plate on the front. Embossed SEALED 11 PA. on reverse heel. Bottle was made by the Thatcher Manufacturing Company, embossing on base suggests the date is 1951. Bottle has no chips, cracks, or hits. Little to no wear. Bottle is clean.
