This is a rare stoneware milk/cream pint bottle MACKWORTH PURE JERSEY CREAM, originating from Mackworth Island , Falmouth, Maine. The bottle has a chip to bottom edge ( see image provided) and a small in- making smear to chain label outline ( see images provided ) , other that those two issues this rare bottle is in excellent condition. This bottle originated from Maine Governor Percival Baxter’s farm on the Island circa. 1890. and was more than likely manufactured close by in Portland Maine. (Condition: Pre-Owned)
